SAGA Brazilian Remy Loose Deep Hair Extensions: Luxurious and Natural

Received wrong product and package has mold inside and outside. I ordered Loose Deep wave and yet I received Deep Wave hair. Ans The package the hair is in is FILTHY inside and outside. Requested to return and get refund online a few days ago and still awaiting a response on next steps. Also, there is a 20% restock fee for me to return it and it will cost for me to ship it back. Never again. I took a chance with trying this out. Never again.
